Trancio Siciliano was founded in 2024 from an idea by Gaetano Natoli, an entrepreneur of Sicilian origins and a passionate lover of pizza in all its forms.

The brand’s goal is to introduce and elevate a new category within the pizza market: Sicilian Pizza.

In a landscape dominated by iconic styles such as Neapolitan pizza, Roman pizza, and Milanese pizza al taglio, the Sicilian tradition has long remained in the background, despite its origins dating back to the 19th century with the historic sfincione palermitano, considered one of the precursors of modern pizza by the slice.

Trancio Siciliano was created to bring this tradition back to the forefront, reinterpreting it while respecting its original characteristics: a thick pizza, soft on the inside and crispy on the bottom.

The dough is made exclusively with ancient Sicilian grain flours and undergoes a 24-hour leavening process, ensuring a pizza that is not only delicious but also light and easy to digest.

The ingredients come from Sicily and are carefully selected from small local producers, with the aim of enhancing the territory and offering an authentic experience.
